While there are a number of so-called "Free" services popping up, please be aware that these services do not allow you complete control over your website and they inevitably charge monthly fees for "hosting, email" etc. If you decide you don't want to use their services....you basically lose your website. There's no way of keeping it without paying those monthly fees. Don't be fooled into allowing your valuable website and domain to be controlled by a 3rd party.
